Refund Policy

Cancellations

• Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

• No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability and management approval.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled reservation without prior notice will forfeit their reservation and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to complete check-in and any required waivers. Late arrivals may have their session shortened to avoid impacting other reservations. If you arrive too late to participate safely, your reservation may be considered a no-show.

Rescheduling

Reservations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session at no charge. Requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and management approval.

Facility Cancellations

If Shiawassee Smash Therapy must cancel your reservation due to equipment issues, severe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to:

• Receive a full refund, or

• Reschedule your reservation for a future date.

Special Events & Private Parties

Deposits for private parties, corporate events, and group reservations are non-refundable unless canceled at least 14 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shiawassee Smash Room reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of documented emergencies or other circumstances at management’s discretion.
